Our story began with a shared experience of loss—in 2024 our founders were among hundreds of Canadian's who lost money in a real estate scheme. What could have been a financial tragedy became the launchpad for our mission-driven investment firm. Big North Capital was born out of an extraordinary story of resilience and determination. 

Rather than letting our situation define us, we made the bold decision to come together, take control of our future, and build something greater. Through collaboration and determination, we forged a bond of trust and purpose, knowing that by working together, we could not only recover what was lost but create something better in the process.

Today, Big North Capital is an investment syndicate managing a growing portfolio of 185+ residential rental properties across Ontario. We have formed a registered real estate trust and using these properties have created an investment opportunity fund. These two strategic initiatives form the foundation of our mission to secure long-term prosperity for ourselves and our families.
